DONALD POJEDNIC  -  BROKER/OWNER

Don Pojednic has been the broker/owner of Ager Realty since he purchased it in 1989.  He left a successful career in New York advertising to fulfill his lifelong dream of living on Long Beach Island and introducing others to this very magical place.

ALEX CONTINO – SALES ASSOCIATE

Alex has over 12 years experience in the real estate industry, 7 of those years in the suburbs of Philadelphia, and the last 5 years here on Long Beach Island. His background includes working as a Special Education teacher, as a licensed cosmetologist, and as owner of a beauty salon.  Alex’s agency affiliations have given him extensive training in all areas of residential real estate.  A Brant Beach resident, Alex has extensive knowledge of Long Beach Island that spans 50 years.  He is an active supporter and participant in the Surf Light Theater programs in Beach Haven.  His passion for architecture and design has been keys to his success in real estate, and his focus is totally on your real estate needs.  Alex says: “My goals can be reached only if I help you fulfill yours.”

NANCY DUNPHEY – SALES ASSOCIATE

Nancy has lived in the Long Beach Island area for over 40 years.  She graduated from Goucher College with further course study in Education.  Nancy is a former elementary school teacher.  She and her husband Richard raised a family of 5 in Beach Haven.  In her spare time she works at golf, tennis and bridge.  Nancy has had a happy association with Ager Realty for 20 years.

GLORIA LAURENCE – SALES ASSOCIATE

Gloria and her husband, Dave, lived in Brant Beach for 20 years thru 1998 when they relocated to Atlantic Hills, Manahawkin.  A graduate of Washington Business College in New York, Gloria has been an active real estate agent for over 30 years.  She joined Ager Realty in 1981 and has been active in residential sales and rentals on Long Beach Island  and the surrounding area for over 24 years.

Gloria and Dave have 4 sons, 3 daughters, and 16 grandchildren.

HAROLD MEISNER – SALES ASSOCIATE

Harold has been in the real estate business on Long Beach Island for 13 years.  He and his wife, Florence, discovered LBI in 1963.  From the beginning, they knew this island was set apart as a “special” paradise.  Their family has been vacationing here ever since.  After many years in the corporate field, Harold started his own manufacturing company.  Working both with employees and corporate, he is well versed in working with people.  Adding his business experience with real estate has qualified him as an expert in commercial and residential real estate.  A New Jersey native and US Army veteran, he was also one of the former owners of the famous Honey Bubbles.  A long time resident of Brant Beach, Harold and Florence now reside in Surf City.  Joining Ager Realty in 1997, he has worked hard to always meet his customers needs, both in the sale of their property, buying another property, and the rental of their property.  It has always been his objective to discover his customer’s needs and to fulfill them.

NAN O’BRIEN – SALES ASSOCIATE

A native of Pennsylvania, New York City and Glen Ridge, New Jersey, Nan has vacationed in Brant Beach since childhood.  A Vassar College graduate, Nan worked as a research chemist at Merck, Inc...  In Glen Ridge, Nan was active in numerous community activities, including the Home and School Association (PTA), and the Girl Scouts.  Now a full time resident of Brant Beach for over 10 years, Nan brings years of Long Beach Island real estate sales and rental experience to her customers at Ager Realty.

DONN O’BRIEN – SALES ASSOCIATE

A New Yorker, Donn is a graduate of New York University, a veteran of the U. S. Marine Corps, a 29 year business career with the CBS Television Network, a Glen Ridge, New Jersey Councilman, and now a successful real estate salesman with Ager Realty.  Donn and his wife, Nan, are long time residents of Brant Beach, members of the Brant Beach Yacht Club, and tennis/sailing enthusiasts.   Donn brings over 10 years of real estate experience to Ager Realty. 

EILEEN LEVIN– SALES ASSOCIATE

Eileen is a native of Burlington County and Philadelphia.  She spent 20 years as a hospital administrator.  Eileen has loved LBI since her family started renting her 18 summers ago.  She and her husband Ellis now own a bay front home in Brant Beach, which they thoughly enjoy with their 3 married children and 6 grandchildren.  Eileen is active in LBI community affairs.  She is a member of and active with the LBI Jewish Community Center.  Eileen knows LBI and plans to work very hard for her clients.
